Accommodation
Lodging and boarding for the participants of the convention shall be arranged in the Girls/Boys hostels on a sharing basis @ Rs 100 per day. For hotel accommodation, please visit website addresses of various hotels available on convention site
Convention Tour
Tour for the delegates on participation basis is planned for visits to historical places like Albert Hall, Amber Fort, Birla Mandir, City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar and Moti Dungri (Ganesh Temple) on 4th October 2010.
Cultural Programme
Cultural programmes showing the tradition of Rajasthan are being organized to entertain the delegates and guests in the evening of 2nd October.
Souvenir
An attractive and informative souvenir will be brought out during the inauguration of the convention.
Transport Facility
Transport arrangements will be made to receive the participants and guests from the Jaipur Railway station,Central bus stand and Airport during the convention. Delegates are requested to clearly mention their travel plans for making arrangements to receive them timely.
How To Reach Jaipur And The College
The city of Jaipur is easily accessible from the major cities of India; so reaching Jaipur is not difficult at all. Jaipur is well-connected by rail, road and air. College is situated at Jaipur Delhi National Highway. Jaipur airport is located 25 km from the JEC. From Delhi deluxe and ordinary buses ply at a half-hour frequency and take less than six hours. The Central Bus Stand at Sindhi Camp is located 10 km from the college. Jaipur has a railway junction, which connects Jaipur with the metros and all the major cities of India. Jaipur Railway station is located 11 km from the college.
