Guidelines
Authors are invited to send soft copy of full length paper (Up to 6 pages including abstract, graphs, illustrations etc) in MS-Word related to the theme and sub themes of the seminar through the E-mail istesc10@yahoo.com on or before 4th September 2010.
The paper should be typed in A-4 size, 1" margin on all sides, single column, single spacing format using a 12 point Times New Roman font. The title should be bold capital (12 font size).The paper should be accompanied with title page and abstract of 150 words and a list of key words. The authors should mention their affiliation, address for communication including mobile/phone, fax numbers and e-mail address in the title page. Authors should indicate the paper code (Serial no of the sub theme) on the right top of the paper
Final acceptance of the paper for presentation will be based on review and will be communicated to the authors through their e-mail. The selected papers list also will be published in the convention web site. It is necessary that selected papers are presented by the respective authors at the convention for a meaningful outcome. Hence their registration is compulsory before the last date of registration to authors for publication of papers in proceedings.
